Mission Hydrogène has been created in 2005.
It pursues its mission of developing an enconomic sector focused on hydrogen energy. It counts 29 members divided into four statutory categories : Founders, Teaching and Research, Institutions and Industries.
The aim of Mission Hydrogène is to be a national and international hydrogen and fuel cell actor. It aims to be recognized for its ability to develop relevent hydrogen energy industrial solutions for the future challengers of sustainable growth.

The new scale of contributions for 2012 will soon be available online.
The “Pays de la Loire” Region, with its coastline (offshore energy and marine industries), its expertise in energy treatment (1st European methane harbor, 3rd coal harbor), its industrial subcontracting network, is well adapted to consolidate and develop a high specificity in hydrogen and fuel cells for marine and fluvial applications, in connection with offshore energy.
The region and its actors have assets to position themselves as a national center of excellence in hydrogen and fuel cells technologies.
